At Multan Superior School, we believe that a disciplined, transparent, and well-organized system is essential for quality education. The following rules and regulations are designed to ensure smooth academic operations and a positive learning environment. Parents and guardians are requested to read these guidelines carefully before admission.
1. General Admission Policy
Admission at Multan Superior School is granted strictly on merit and according to the school’s academic standards. Parents must submit all required documents, including previous academic records, birth certificate, and other necessary forms, to the school office. The school reserves the right to verify all submitted information before confirming admission.
2. Academic Session Policy
The academic session at Multan Superior School begins in March each year. Students are expected to follow the academic calendar announced by the school administration. Any changes in the academic schedule will be communicated to parents through official channels.
3. Campus Transfer Policy
Transfer from one campus of Multan Superior School to another within the same city may be considered only after the completion of the prescribed academic year. Transfer requests from students coming from other cities or institutions will be reviewed based on seat availability and academic performance.
4. Class Placement & Eligibility
Admission to a specific class depends on the student’s academic ability and performance in the entry assessment. If a student does not meet the academic criteria for a particular class, the school may place the student in a suitable class. The decision of Multan Superior School in this regard will be final.
5. Admission Authority & Rights
Multan Superior School reserves the full right to accept or reject any admission application without assigning any reason. The school administration’s decision regarding admission matters shall be final and binding.
6. Communication & Responsibility Disclaimer
The school shall not be held responsible for any delay or issue arising due to postal services, external communication errors, or circumstances beyond its control. Parents are advised to stay connected with the school through official contact channels.
7. Fee Structure & Revision Policy
Multan Superior School reserves the right to revise or increase admission fees, tuition fees, and other charges when necessary. Any changes in the fee structure will be communicated to parents in advance. All fees must be paid according to the school’s schedule.
8. Sibling Preference Policy
Preference in admission may be given to siblings of students already enrolled at Multan Superior School, subject to availability of seats and compliance with school rules. However, sibling preference does not guarantee automatic admission.
9. Campus Relocation Policy
In certain circumstances, Multan Superior School may shift students to another campus or premises for valid administrative or academic reasons. Parents will be informed in advance whenever possible to ensure smooth coordination.
10. Curriculum & Academic Changes
Multan Superior School has the authority to revise the curriculum, syllabus, teaching methods, and learning materials to maintain high academic standards. Parents are expected to cooperate with any academic changes introduced by the school.
11. Admission Discretion
The school administration reserves the right to regulate admission policies and procedures. Multan Superior School may accept or refuse admission of any student without providing specific justification.
12. Student Withdrawal Policy
Parents wishing to withdraw their child from Multan Superior School must submit a written notice at least one month in advance. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the charging of one month’s fee.
13. Security Refund Procedure
To claim the security refund, parents must submit the original security fee receipt issued by Multan Superior School. Refund requests without valid documentation will not be entertained.
14. Security Claim Deadline
The security amount must be claimed within six months after the student leaves Multan Superior School. After this period, no refund claim will be accepted under any circumstances.
15. Agreement & Declaration
By enrolling their child at Multan Superior School, parents and guardians confirm that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all the rules and regulations stated above. They also commit to cooperating with the school administration in maintaining discipline and academic excellence.
